For In-store Purchase: we accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard only.
For Whatsapp / Wechat / Facebook purchases: we accept Bank transfers and Bank deposits. Bank details will be provided upon request.

Are all Simplyshoes shoes washable?
We recommend washing with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth or brush. We do NOT recommend putting shoes in the washing machine or dryer (or dishwasher!) under any circumstances. Avoid direct sun light and extreme heat conditions as this could cause the material to warp.

Our entire product is online on our website. To ensure customer service, we are constantly updating our website to provide you with all the latest updates on our inventory.

For every style we have provided link to Size Guide as that will give you shoe dimensions and measuring tips. Remember to measure your foot before purchasing shoes online.

We currently ship free all over Hong Kong. Orders not from Hong Kong orders will be charged according to the location.
